Council of Palestine

Council held under Pope Victor in the year of Christ 198. Defined that the world was created at the vernal equinox in spring and that the first day of the world was March 25. The Council proves its opinion from the word "let it germinate," arguing that in spring the earth begins to germinate. It also defined that the moon was produced at the full, opposite the sun.
